"I would like to thank the folks at Mountain Motorsports for the great deal on the 2007 Harley Davidson I purchased from them. They offered a great internet deal with a print out of their motorcycle ad. It saved me $1000 off from the price tag on the bike. I highly suggest you take a look at the internet site.
Further more they were polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The finance process was fast and simple not to much hassle. I would also like to thank Gabriel Houston the sales associate a true professional at his job keep up the outstanding job.

"I honestly have to say that I'm very pleased that I bought my 2008 Hayabusa from Mountain Motorsports. I'm very critical on how I send my money... and who I give it to. I live aproximately 2 miles from a very large dealership, but I couldn't find a single bike owner that didn't feel like they were screwed over(you guys know who I'm talking about). Even when it comes down to basic maitenance... B*rts tried to screw me over. Look, I made a sound investment... because you guys run your operation... like a well oiled machine. I know times are tight right now, but you guys at Mountain Motorsports keep being who you are... and you'll be around for a long time(and you'll keep getting my money). I'm speading the word... believe that!!"

"Overall, I've been very pleased with the scooter and Mtn Motorsports. I had a few rough patches with getting the parts shipped from Lance to your store, but other than that, it's been pretty good. I would definitely recommend you again.
I wanted to mention that there is a website called scootdawg.com that has been INCREDIBLY helpful in getting going with the scooter. Primarily, the forum is a very large group of other scooter owners that help with all things regarding scootering. Is it possible for you to share this resource with others that purchase scooters from Mountain Motorsports? It would very likely improve your customer service experience (not that it is lacking) in that you offered them a place to get helpful tips and answers to many of their questions, just like I had.

"I want to thank Mountain Motorsports for providing me in purchasing my new
2007 Honda TRX 450r and was able to practice and pre-run for the 40th run of the Baja 500 this year. We, SouthSide Racing were able to finish 6th in our class (sportsman atv) and 119th overall. Not bad for for a field of over 300 entries. Here is a few of me and the team pics. And thanks again could not have done it without you guys and expect us back for the 1000.

"today brought my cbr1000rr in for repairs stator went south. So it happens that american honda has issued a warranty for this issue. I called several dealers in the area not to point fingers but they are the two that are the biggest ??????? They didnt care or had not heard of this issue called John at your dealership he knew exactly the problem and was aware of the bulletin from Honda. He was very helpful told me to bring it in and technician David would diagnose the problem as expected it was the stator so David installed the updated parts. I got there around 10:00am was done by 1:00pm in & out I can not express enough thanks to your company. Having John and David is truly an asset to your company. Awesome customer service from point a to b! So please give those 2 guys a pat on the back for me again thanks for the quick service "

"I have not yet had the privilege to purchased a bike from Mountain Motorsports but you can be sure when that time comes, Mountain will be the place that I go. As for the service department they are second to none. John and Jim happen to be the two that help me out the most and I always get great customer service from both of them. There knowledge of motorcycles let me know that my bike is in good hands. The ladies at the cashier stand greet you with a smile, appreciate you business and treat you with respect.
I would have to say the best thing about going to Mountain Motorsports would be you are never attacked by there sales team, when they do approach you and you say "I am just looking" they will step back and let you do just that, unlike at Bert's Mega Mall where they treat you like a number and send the "sharks" (sales team) after you until you either buy or leave.
From management to the person that just started you are always valued as a customer."
