Every aspect of the purchase was handled flawlessly and yes, I’ve bought bikes in the past so I know how it works. "today brought my cbr1000rr in for repairs stator went south. So it happens that american honda has issued a warranty for this issue. I called several dealers in the area not to point fingers but they are the two that are the biggest ??????? They didnt care or had not heard of this issue called John at your dealership he knew exactly the problem and was aware of the bulletin from Honda. He was very helpful told me to bring it in and technician David would diagnose the problem as expected it was the stator so David installed the updated parts. I got there around 10:00am was done by 1:00pm in & out I can not express enough thanks to your company. Having John and David is truly an asset to your company. Awesome customer service from point a to b! So please give those 2 guys a pat on the back for me again thanks for the quick service "
